Privacy policy

Ruji Labs Services (CA0407027-X) runs this store. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your download link and receipt, and to let you sign in to your dashboard.
• Order records — which product you bought, when, and the payment reference from Stripe.
• Anonymous page views — a per-day count of product page views, used only to order the catalogue.

We do not receive or store your card number. Stripe handles the payment and returns only a reference to us.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, and Turnstile to keep bots off the checkout form.
• Meta Pixel — measures which ads lead to purchases. You can block it with any standard content blocker without affecting your ability to buy or download.
• Email delivery — used solely to deliver your download link and receipt.

Marketing email

We only email you about an order you placed, unless you explicitly asked for something else (for example a free sample). Every optional email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and to keep your downloads working. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Email info@rujilabs.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account also ends access to your downloads, so save your files first.
